  Ground Breaking Ceremony for  ESTABLISHMENT OF PAK-KOREA TESTING LABORATORY FOR PV MODULES & ALLIED EQUIPMENT Press Release: Federal Secretary for Science and Technology, Mr. Ghulam Muhammad Memon inaugurated Establishment of Pak-Korea Testing Laboratory for PV-Modules and Allied Equipment" today on 29-07-2022. Ambassador of Republic of Korea H.E. Mr. Sangpyo Suh and Director General PCRET Dr. Syed Atta.ur.Rehman graced the event with their presence. Details: Pakistan Council of Renewable Energy Technology (PCRET) is establishing solar panel testing laboratory under the project titled “Establishment of PAK-KOREA Testing Laboratory for PV Modules and Allied Equipment”. The solar panel testing laboratory is being established under a grant-aid project from Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) amounting to 9.5 Million USD and local Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) share of Rs. 71.629 Million. The testing laboratory is planned to achieve status of Certification

For registration  Click here Pakistan Council of Renewable Energy Technology (PCRET) is establishing the subject solar panel testing laboratory under a grant-aid project from Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).  The solar panel testing laboratory is planned to achieve the status of Certification Body Testing Laboratory (CBTL) in collaboration with Pakistan Standards & Quality Control Authority (PSQCA). The testing laboratory after its completion will be the first testing laboratory of the country having CBTL status. In this regard, PCRET in collaboration with KOICA, Pakistan office is going to perform ground breaking ceremony on 29th July, 2022, 10:00 A.M. (Friday) at the project site located at Plot no. 55, Street 7, Sector H-8/4, Islamabad, followed by the formal ceremony at Margala Hall of the Margala Hotel, near convention center, Islamabad.
